Tasks

• Independent implementation of daily & monthly crew deployment planning for flight instructors & flight students
• Monitoring flight duty/rest periods & the training process
• Being a contact person for operational planning & disruptions in flight operations
• Planning maintenance intervals in collaboration with the technical department
• Monitoring the expiry times of licenses & authorizations as well as planning flight-related
• checks & training courses
• Maintenance of flight operations/training documents
• Data preparation & creation of statistics in the area of flight operations/planning
• Ensuring the flow of information to interfaces
• Invoice processing
• Support in maintaining the office infrastructure & application management
• Support/organization & implementation of meetings & events

• Completed commercial vocational training or completed studies
• Experience in crew deployment planning or scheduling desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills as well as a structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment and fulfill various tasks
• Ability to work independently, reliably and proactively
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel occasionally
