Responsibilities:

  • Manage order processing, handle inquiries and orders
  • Maintain and update customer data
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external partners
  • Support online orders and order fulfillment
  • Ensure careful documentation and archiving of business documents
  • Collaborate with other departments and assist in optimizing work processes

Profile:

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk or office management clerk
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • Reliable, independent, and able to stay organized under stress
  • Team-oriented, communicative, and customer-focused
