Responsibilities

1. Independently diagnose and fix control system errors in PLC controls to ensure smooth production processes on fully automated machines. Assist with preventive maintenance of machinery.
2. Perform timely repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and modifications on all manufacturing equipment according to specifications.
3. Conduct functional and safety inspections on mechanical and electrical systems.
4. Document fault reports and troubleshooting actions.
5. Record all maintenance, modifications, and repairs performed.
6. Support internal clients and external contractors, assisting with cross-company repair and maintenance tasks.
7. Comply with all safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment at all times.

Qualifications

1. Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, automation technician, or a comparable qualification.
2. Motivated, communicative, team-oriented, and enjoy solving technical problems. Strong knowledge of electronics and good technical understanding with practical skills.
3. Experience in maintaining automated production machines and systems is desirable.
4. Willingness to work in a continuous shift schedule.
5. Structured, responsible approach, adaptability, teamwork, and high commitment.
6. Good German language skills; English skills are a plus.
