Job Opportunity: Beverage Menu Developer & Brand Advocate

Join our team in a role designed to elevate your career within the coffee and beverage community. This position is ideal for an experienced Barista passionate about coffee culture, working alongside our UK Foodservice sales team to support customer engagement with innovative beverage menu ideas that promote our Davinci Gourmet brand.

  • The role reports to the Kerry Europe Foodservice Culinary Director and involves direct customer interaction.
  • Develop hot and cold beverage menu applications using Davinci Gourmet within regional chains and independent coffee channels.
  • Understand customer business models, our Davinci Gourmet brand, and our technology portfolio to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to craft marketing campaigns, product presentations, and menu applications that influence customer purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the commercial team to target strategic growth customers, creating demand for Davinci Gourmet through coffee and menu development expertise.
  • Contribute to our innovation strategy with insights and support for menu application development.
  • Participate in brand renovation initiatives, including benchmarking and sensory analysis.
  • Support marketing campaigns tailored to individual customers, highlighting current menu trends aligned with our brands.
  • Build strategic relationships with key customer roles such as R&D, operations, and Baristas.
  • Establish a community of Baristas internally and externally, collaborating with key suppliers to grow the Davinci brand.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Accredited Culinary Arts, food and beverage certification, or equivalent.
  • Experience in food and beverage or menu development, preferably within the foodservice market.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the foodservice sector or food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer management experience.
  • Third-level degree or equivalent industry training.
  • Valid driving license.
