Shape the world of tomorrow

• Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, ensuring their success by evaluating digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies.
• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and be responsible for the technical implementation of digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures while leading small teams, applying your understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current trends like cloud computing and microservices.

This is how you make a difference

• You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with high grades.
• You have at least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
• You have experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• You understand that tools like machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics are essential for sustainable IT architectures.
• You are familiar with popular software development methods and tools.
• You are comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, and are willing to travel.
• You communicate complex topics effectively in both German and English.
