Job Description:

• Defines the content of Releases (internal / customer) in alignment with the counterpart and drives the release process.
• Monitors and controls release documentation activities, collaborating with project leads to meet milestones.
• Prepares release documentation, creates release notes, and reviews release artifacts for completeness.
• Identifies and manages risks affecting release scope, quality, and duration.
• Publishes regular release status updates to stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains the Project Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
• Coordinates configuration management setup, including baselines and folder structure.
• Creates and maintains Project Configuration Item List.
• Performs configuration management audits to ensure repository integrity.
• Reports Configuration Item status to the Project Manager.

You inspire us with that:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Communication, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Mathematics, or similar.
• At least 8 years of experience in Automotive Product Development (embedded software/system development).
• Strong knowledge of A-SPICE process areas and best practices, especially SUP.8.
• Good knowledge of configuration management tools (Teamforge/CoreALM is a plus).
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely release deliverables.
• Detail-oriented, self-organized, proactive, and motivated.
