Tasks

• Develop and optimize speaker systems for musicians, small venues, and installations.
• Collaborate with international colleagues, partners, and customers in Germany and abroad.
• Use simulation software and measurement systems to develop innovative acoustic solutions.
• Actively participate in exciting projects in collaboration with some of the most renowned brands in the professional music industry.

Requirements

• Proven record of working in the sound industry.
• A degree in acoustics, audio, DSP engineering, or a related field (or a proven track record in these areas).
• Alternatively, newcomers with a proven track record from the professional sound industry (e.g., FOH engineer, system designer, integrator,...)
• Experience in the development of transducers and speaker systems.
• Knowledge of simulation software such as COMSOL, AKABAK, or ANSYS.
• Experience with acoustic measurement systems (VACS, CLIO, KLIPPEL).
• Solid understanding of sound propagation, wave theory, and signal processing.
• Interest in AI-supported acoustic development.
• Strong English and German skills.
• The ability to work in a team.
