Senior Workplace Engineer (f/m/x)

Job Description:

Design, deploy, and manage Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints, ensuring optimal performance and security in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Lead, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MEMCM) solutions for endpoint management and software distribution.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor and address endpoint-related incidents and performance issues proactively to maintain high service stability.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in endpoint management, security, and automation.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth.

Your Profile:

Proven experience with building and managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).

End-user focused mindset.

Experience working in IT within large-scale, complex environments.

Strong knowledge of device management environments and their dependencies.

Experience coordinating and communicating complex tasks effectively.

Operational technology harmonization experience.

Excellent communication skills in English.
