About the Company

WELCOME TO THE HOUSE OF SWIMWEAR BRANDS

Our growing Design & Development Department is looking for a new team member.

Responsibilities:

• Creating initial patterns based on design sketches
• Conducting fittings to ensure proper fit
• Grading using the CAD system LECTRA
• Developing fit-accurate pattern sets and technical documentation
• Continuously optimizing fit and processing in collaboration with our design, development team, and sample sewing department

Qualifications:

• Solid training in clothing and pattern making
• Good knowledge of sewing and processing techniques
• Experience in swimwear/lingerie is advantageous
• Proficient with the CAD system LECTRA
• Good English skills for communication with manufacturing partners
• Engagement, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
