Your Responsibilities

• Apply your expertise in 2nd-level support, troubleshoot, and handle incidents and service requests.
• Work closely with your team, take on support and service tasks in server and storage virtualization / HCI, and actively contribute to our projects.
• Ensure smooth execution of release and version changes for our clients.
• Take the opportunity to develop further and specialize in server and storage virtualization, supported by our team and targeted training.

Your Profile

• High customer orientation and a strong service mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills, high quality awareness, and team-oriented work.
• Completed IT training or extensive IT expertise gained in practice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems and basic technologies.
• Experience in server virtualization (e.g., VMware), storage systems, or HCI solutions (like Nutanix or VxRail) is advantageous.
• Analytical skills that enable effective troubleshooting and error diagnosis.
• Good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
