The Team:
- An international team (British, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) with diverse backgrounds in investment, medical, scientific, strategic, and operational fields.
- Alumni from INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, among others.
- Experience in Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, Capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), and Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary).
Your Role: We seek an experienced Investment Senior Associate to conduct financial research and report on potential investment opportunities. The role involves assessing investment performance and sustainability, contributing to our portfolio management strategy with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Investment sourcing, analysis, due diligence, deal negotiation, financial and impact return modeling, and investment recommendations for impact investments and portfolio management.
- Financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative analysis, including three-statement financial models and sensitivity analyses.
- Managing multiple time-sensitive projects in a demanding environment.
- Conducting extensive economic, industry, and company research and analysis.
- Analyzing corporate finance transactions, strategic alternatives, capital structures, acquisitions, mergers, and market events.
- Participating in client meetings, industry conferences, and training sessions.
- Adhering to compliance and confidentiality policies.
- Contributing to ARCHIMED's culture, recruiting, training, and development efforts.
- Reviewing past investment decisions to understand decision-making processes.
- Preparing advisory reports and recommending new investment opportunities and funds to diversify portfolios.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare/medical insurance/services sectors preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in modeling and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to inspire professionalism and confidence, valuing team input.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
