You’ll be required to implement strategies in conjunction with Hub Europe Service and deliver growth and gross margin for Service High Voltage Products. Lead the implementation of Hub HV Service Europe strategies at a HUB level to ensure effective sales and marketing efforts within Product Service Centers (PSCs) and Local Service Centers (LSCs).

Ensure the HV Hub Service Europe portfolio is well represented in local markets. Take accountability for the demand market for HV Hub Service Europe, including third-party sales, internal sales, and channels. Proactively drive sales strategies and develop key customer relationships to foster new and existing business growth.

Collaborate strongly with GPG Sales & Marketing, HUB Sales & Marketing, and other BU representatives to ensure a unified approach towards customers.

About the role :

  1. Develops business strategies and sales & marketing plans in partnership with local teams.
  2. Responsible for market positioning, market share, order intake, gross margin, pricing, and expanding market size globally in line with the market strategy by Global Product Group.
  3. Acts as an escalation point for questions and issues, collecting customer feedback and input.
  4. Builds and maintains effective customer relationships to understand needs, promote product understanding, and provide solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  5. Leads the budgeting process for Sales & Marketing, setting and monitoring targets per country.
  6. Oversees market intelligence, analyzing market drivers, trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  7. Ensures local sales teams receive world-class training to enhance sales competence.
  8. Maintains sales tools and installed base tools effectively.
  9. Demonstrates high customer orientation, intercultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills.
  10. Possesses extensive experience in after-sales service and the high-voltage segment.
  11. Has a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management, with 7+ years in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
  12. Displays strong stakeholder engagement and a collaborative personality.
  13. Willing to travel and work within multicultural and diverse teams.
  14. Business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
