Finance Specialist FIA Financial Regulations

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

From 2026, Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The new team has two locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland). The power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG will turn two teams into one factory team - and you can be part of it.

The position is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Neuburg (Germany) site.

Your Tasks

1. Independent support and guidance of the specialist departments as a single point of contact for all questions regarding the FIA Financial Regulations.
2. Identification of opportunities/risks and alternative courses of action/optimizations within the framework of the FIA Financial Regulations.
3. Processing of the FIA reporting system considering the FIA cost cap.
4. Preparation of ad hoc analyses and reports for the management of the organizational unit.
5. Central contact for FIA representatives on site.

Your Profile

1. You have completed a business administration degree with a focus on finance or a degree in industrial engineering.
2. Ideally, you have professional experience in auditing and business/tax consulting with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and HGB).
3. You have professional experience in financial management.
4. You enjoy moderating and designing new processes and methods.
5. Your strengths include communication skills, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, and analytical thinking.
6. You can present complex issues in a simple way.
7. You have a high level of motivation to work independently.
8. You have very good SAP and MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Power Point).
9. You are fluent in German or English and are willing to learn basic knowledge of the other language.
10. You enjoy working in a team.
