Responsibilities

• Assume accountability for project engineering costs, time, and quality.
• Analyze contracts to identify project-specific deviations from our standards.
• Plan, monitor, and manage interfaces among different product teams and disciplines.
• Serve as the primary contact for the customer on engineering matters.
• Organize and lead engineering reviews (2D & 3D).
• Manage engineering deviations and changes.
• Own the engineering phase within the project schedule, collaborating with technical managers and the project scheduler.
• Plan, monitor, and control engineering deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or a similar education.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in plant engineering projects.
• Profound knowledge of metallurgical plant engineering.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Awareness of pricing and cost considerations.
• Resilience and teamwork mindset.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Openness to international travel.
