Base pay range
$34,121.00/yr - $40,600.00/yr
Duties
- Serves as the Front Office Assistant Manager, formulates instructions and directives necessary to conduct service-oriented and cost-effective operations.
- Conducts reviews of guest comments, surveys, and operations to identify problems and initiates appropriate corrective action.
- Evaluates the success of programs based on customer satisfaction. Monitors labor and other expenses; presents analysis to the Front Office Manager.
- Develops operating policies, programs, and procedures for the department and submits them to the Manager for approval. Monitors and evaluates guest satisfaction to ensure that first-class hotel standards are met.
- Performs a full range of supervisor duties including developing, evaluating, and obtaining approval for staffing levels. Recommends recruitment or reassignment actions; recommends selections.

Qualifications
Progressively responsible experience, including at least one year of specialized supervisory or managerial experience at the next lower grade level or equivalent position. Must be adaptable to new assignments and to changes in instructions, work methods, work situations, and staff.
Best Qualifying Criteria
- 3 years Army Lodging experience
- Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS)

Area Of Consideration
- The area of consideration is within approximately 100 miles of Hohenfels, including Ansbach, Grafenwoehr, and Vilseck. This includes Military Spouse Preference (MSP), Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP), and Family Member Preference eligible candidates.

Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized at 25% of the basic rate for hours performed on Sunday, up to 8 hours per Sunday.
- Night differential may be paid at 10% for hours between 1800-0600.
Incentives and Bonuses
- No incentives will be paid.
Foreign Overseas Allowances
- No allowances, differentials, or incentives are paid, except possibly post allowance per DSSR eligibility.
Other
- Vaccination status may be requested for safety protocols. Additional referrals may be made up to 90 days after the closing date.
Overseas Employment Eligibility
