Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute global Security Awareness Campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to create content such as videos, articles, and podcasts.
  • Manage platforms for reporting phishing activities and conduct phishing simulations.
  • Ensure the security awareness program complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Develop targeted education and protection programs for different risk groups.
  • Work with internal teams to empower employees and mitigate human cyber risks.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging content for various audiences.
  • Localize and customize programs for regional teams.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of the awareness initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Awareness, Learning & Development, or related roles in IT or Security organizations.
  • Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to simplify complex security concepts.
  • Passion for Cyber Security and employee empowerment.
  • Creative thinking for simulations like phishing campaigns and social engineering.
  • Experience with eLearning, simulations, and gamification.
  • Experience collaborating with Corporate Communication teams.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws (GDPR) and security standards (ISO, OWASP, CIS, NIST, KRITIS).
  • Experience in large international organizations and enterprise projects.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
