At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform “Heartbeat”, creating a virtual power plant that links customers' photovoltaics, electricity storage, heat pumps and charging stations and thus significantly increases the profitability of networked customer systems. We also offer customers a “one-stop-shop” for purchasing and installing individual and intelligent energy system solutions so that every household can quickly and professionally live, heat and be mobile in a climate-neutral way. At the same time, we are working in our technology division on the further development and expansion of the Heartbeat software in order to connect customers worldwide with the electricity market and thus always be able to offer thecheapest and cleanest electricity tariff.

Your mission

• Cost controlling & budget management: Implementation of detailed cost controlling for various development projects and products to ensure transparency and efficiency
• Financial planning & forecasting: Establishment and continuous development of budget and forecasting processes for the strategic management of financial resources
• Profitability analysis & scaling strategy: development of measures for medium-term profitability and positioning as a relevant player in the energy market
• Operational financial management: Ensuring efficient bookkeeping, accounting and financial processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Investment & resource allocation: evaluation and prioritization of investments in technology, personnel and infrastructure for optimal use of funds
• Reporting & communication: preparing regular financial reports and deriving strategic recommendations for management and the global finance organization

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, finance or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, management or commercial management
• You are characterized by analytical and strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
• You enjoy making decisions and solving problems
• You also have a high level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Fluency in German and English
