We are looking for you

As anInvestment Analyst Real Estate, you will support the investment team in identifying, analyzing, and structuring real estate financing opportunities. You’ll take responsibility for reviewing economic, legal, and technical documentation, preparing investment decisions, and helping bring impactful projects to our digital investment platform.
Whether it’s residential developments, urban quarters, or social infrastructure – your analytical mindset and interest in sustainable concepts will contribute to bringing meaningful projects to life.

You will be responsible for

• Support the due diligence and analysis of potential real estate investment opportunities (economic, legal, and technical).
• Build and maintain financial models, market analyses, and investment presentations.
• Prepare credit memos and investment committee documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, investors, and internal teams across the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the structuring and execution of real estate transactions on our digital platform.
• Maintain and document key project and partner data.

To be successful in this role you will need

• Degree in economics, finance, real estate, or a related field.
• First experience in the real estate or investment industry (e.g. internships, student roles, or initial full-time experience).
• Solid skills in Excel and financial modeling; ideally experience with DCF or development project models.
• Interest in sustainable urban development, ESG topics, and digital investment solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured work style, and high motivation.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
