Role: Order Management Specialist

This role involves processing customer orders efficiently while adhering to company policies, tracking orders through delivery, and resolving any issues.

This position is based in Dreieich, Germany, and requires on-site presence.

What you will do:

• Take ownership of the customer order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage orders from placement to delivery, addressing any challenges proactively.
• Contribute to improving our delivery process and participate in daily team meetings to share updates and enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and CRM systems like Salesforce.com is advantageous.
• First years of experience in order management demonstrate your ability to succeed in this role.
