Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

1. Supporting the responsible project manager in processing national and international contracts in the product area.
2. Taking on subtasks from the contract (e.g., managing individual work packages in coordination with the responsible project manager).
3. Independently processing small projects (minimum complexity, without development parts/sub-tasks/work packages).
4. Participating in the performance and quality-oriented planning and execution of assigned project tasks within the cost and time frame.
5. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary project team from different departments.

Your profile:

1. At least completed technical training or Bachelor's degree (e.g., in a commercial field).
2. Good experience in organizational development and process optimization.
3. Initial experience in technical and commercial project management and managing a project team; experience in creating decision templates & reports for upper management.
4. Business fluency in written and spoken English and German.
5. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and possibly BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
6. Experience in organizational projects/change management and governance/strategy implementation.
7. Willingness to travel worldwide.
