Responsibilities

1. Creation of technical concepts and requirements for Satellite Control Software and Instrument Control Software.
2. Software requirements engineering at Technical Specification (TS) and Requirements Baseline (RB) level.
3. Support in negotiating technical solutions with customers, partners, and suppliers.
4. Preparation and conducting technical reviews.
5. Support development and V&V teams.
6. Support system integration testing and RB validation.
7. Creation of technical documentation such as Requirements Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Software User Manual.
8. Supporting the definition, development, and maintenance of processes, tools, and technologies within the department.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification.
• Expertise and experience in software engineering, particularly requirements engineering and software design; IREB certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of real-time embedded platforms (RTOS, embedded Linux, etc.) and communication interfaces; experience with avionics systems is a plus.
• Experience with testing in complex hardware environments.
• Strong team player with analytical thinking and organizational skills.
• Quality awareness and familiarity with standards such as ECSS-E-ST-40C, ECSS-Q-ST-80C, or comparable standards like DO-178B.
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
