Responsibilities

• Manage consulting and sales processes through to contract closure for private and individual customers in our district heating projects.
• Support the external sales team in daily operations, including offer and order processing.
• Collaborate on creating presentations and marketing materials as part of the team.
• Ensure smooth sales process execution and maintain customer data.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, sales management, and product development.
• Conduct market analyses to identify trends and developments in the B2B market.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or degree.
• Several years of sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing.
