Here you can master challenges - your tasks:

• Digital preparation, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
• Cash management including G/L account assignment
• Checking and posting wage and salary documents in close coordination with the HR department
• Reconciliation of various G/L accounts
• Processing payment transactions
• Checking, posting and payment of travel expense reports
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements and evaluations
• Internal and external claims processing
• Project work (also across plants)

This is how you can convince us - your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial training, with several years of experience in operational accounts payable accounting
• Good command of standard software (MS Office & NAV2016 or MS 365 Business Central)
• Experience in the digital workflow of incoming invoices
• Good understanding of numbers and logical thinking
• Personal responsibility, commitment, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
• High level of independence, integrity and reliability
• Structured, conscientious and goal-oriented way of working
