ADP is seeking a Senior Sales Hunter Profile with a focus on Global Strategic Enterprise Accounts, headquartered in Germany. The role involves:

  • Winning new business globally within the HCM / Payroll area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attaining or exceeding 100% of revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
  • Developing annual business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Creating account plans for prospective clients, outlining current usage, potential sales, and strategies.
  • Maintaining reports on prospective business activities.
  • Developing new client sources via various communication channels.
  • Utilizing sales automation tools to strategize market penetration.
  • Collaborating with global sales teams on joint opportunities.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to close global long-term deals.
  • Enhancing knowledge of company products versus competitors.

Requirements to succeed:

  • 6-10 years of sales experience in HCM, payroll, SaaS, especially with large/global accounts.
  • Proven success selling complex enterprise solutions worldwide.
  • Ability to prospect into C-Suite and meet/exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong discovery skills and consultative approach.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills.
  • Industry and competitive knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in team selling environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership qualities.
