(Senior) Technical Product Owner - CARS (f/m/d)

Position Description

Cinemo is continually evolving its product portfolio. To support our engineering teams in this activity, we are currently looking for a motivated Product Owner for our embedded clients within our android solutions.

The Product Owner will help us align our engineering activities in accordance with our strategy and ensure a fast development of high-quality products. This role requires a technically skilled individual with a high comprehension and the ability to align software engineering and business needs.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmap


• Manage the product backlog and its delivery, in alignment with the product strategy; be accountable for timeline and quality of the delivery


• Ensure the teams understanding of the overall vision and strategy to support a good understanding of acceptance criteria and self-driven development


• Provide transparency of product development status to all levels


• Coach and motivate the team into embracing agile and test-driven development


• Coordinate all development team activities, manage the process and remove impediments


• Support in process audits

What you will need to succeed:

• Very good understanding and working experience of Scrum/Agile methodologies and software development in a challenging environment


• Good understanding of software architectures and android development


• Development experience in Kotlin and experience with embedded solutions are a plus


• Experience in Multimedia technologies is a plus


• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams without disciplinary power


• Very good interpersonal communication and networking skills


• Good written and verbal English communication skills
