Job Description:

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Computer System Support Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Adds, deletes, manages, and reviews user accounts, access, and logins in accordance with local policies.
2. Removes or disables default, guest, and service accounts in information systems or network devices and renames administrative accounts.
3. Installs and maintains Microsoft Office Suite, command-specific applications software, and hardware on PCs.
4. Installs new hardware products, peripherals, and equipment such as VTC hardware, printers, laptops, and servers.
5. Ensures antivirus engines and definitions are current.
6. Identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities and risks.
7. Prepares and establishes network access protocols to enable end users to gain local access.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
2. IAT level 1 certification in accordance with DoD 0.-M standards.
3. Three years of experience supporting and maintaining IT assets within large enterprise Army enclave environments.
4. Three years of experience utilizing an incident management system to manage a structured C4IM Service Catalog.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and providing support and maintenance of secure VTC systems.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
