As Europe's LLM landscape evolves, you'll be instrumental in making our platform deployable everywhere - from cloud SaaS to the most isolated air-gapped environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Kubernetes configurations that work seamlessly across SaaS, private cloud, and on-premises deployments
• Create comprehensive Helm charts for our AI platform components with flexible configuration options
• Architect deployment strategies for air-gapped environments with offline package management
• Build infrastructure solutions that automatically adapt to different resource constraints and security requirements

Platform Optimization & Automation

• Create automated deployment pipelines that handle everything from SaaS scaling to on-premises installation Optimize resource allocation and performance for AI/ML workloads across different infrastructure scenarios
• Build monitoring and observability solutions that work in both connected and isolated environments
• Develop GitOps workflows and infrastructure automation without heavy IaC frameworks

Enterprise Deployment Solutions

• Design secure, compliant deployment architectures for regulated industries and government clients
• Create easy-to-use installation packages and documentation for on-premises and air-gapped scenarios
• Develop backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions across all deployment models
• Build configuration management systems that handle customer-specific requirements without code changes

Technical Leadership & Fullstack Development

• Establish best practices for GitOps workflows and infrastructure version control
• Mentor team members on Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with our React, Python, and AI/ML Developers to optimize their services for multi-environment deployment
• Contribute to frontend and backend development when the team needs your expertise

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for a "Kubernetes-only" specialist - we wish for you to be a fullstack developer who loves infrastructure and deployment challenges. We would love for you to be someone who can contribute across our entire platform while bringing deep expertise in making things run reliably everywhere.

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in multiple technologies
• Production Kubernetes experience with deep understanding of cluster architecture and operations
• Expert-level knowledge of Helm charts, including complex templating, dependency management, and multi-environment configurations
• Experience with GitOps methodologies and infrastructure automation tools
• Proven track record deploying enterprise software across multiple environments (cloud, on-premises, air-gapped)
• Experience with air-gapped deployment scenarios including offline package repositories and security considerations
• Knowledge of enterprise deployment patterns: blue-green deployments, canary releases, and rollback strategies
• Understanding of compliance requirements (SOC2, GDPR, government security standards) and their infrastructure implications
• Experience with container registries, image signing, and secure software supply chain practices Cloud & On-Premises Mastery
• Multi-cloud expertise across AWS, GCP, and Azure with understanding of their managed Kubernetes offerings Experience with on-premises Kubernetes distributions (OpenShift, Rancher, vanilla K8s)
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and security in both cloud and on-premises environments
• Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and edge computing scenarios
• Experience optimizing Kubernetes for GPU workloads and distributed AI/ML training (nice-to-have)
• Understanding of resource scheduling and autoscaling for variable AI workloads Familiarity with AI/ML serving patterns and model deployment strategies (nice-to-have)

You're a developer first - someone who can build and understand our entire platform. Your specialty is infrastructure, but you're comfortable jumping into any part of our stack when needed.
