The Installation Engineer will be part of a dynamic and international environment working on projects relevant to the green transition to renewable energy. He/she will play an active role in the success of activities, interacting with a multicultural team in close contact with subcontractors and clients. This will accelerate personal and professional growth.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Preparation of technical documents for cable installation activities, such as detailed drawings and descriptive documents.
  2. Active interaction with internal departments, external consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
  3. Support in planning cable installation activities on site, including site visits to assess feasibility of proposed solutions.
  4. Provide technical support to the purchasing department for finalizing subcontracts.
  5. Preparation and review of final as-built documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Honours degree in technical engineering (preferably civil, mechanical, or materials engineering).
  2. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  3. 0 to 3 years of work experience.
  4. Preference for candidates with basic knowledge of the land cable installation business/market.
  5. Knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, GIS.
