Job Overview

Your Tasks
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of indices with varying levels of complexity
- Execute systematic, rules-based selection and rebalancing of both Solactive and client indices
- Act as a key contact for an international client base, including leading investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading desks
- Develop, enhance, and maintain index algorithms within the company’s framework
- Leverage a deep understanding of quantitative investment concepts and strategies to refine, maintain, or drive innovation in existing indices
- Optimize and improve various internal processes and workflows for greater efficiency
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts and developers throughout the software development lifecycle
- Academic degree in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Relevant work experience in the finance industry or similar (e.g. equity research, trading, investment, or asset management)
- Strong knowledge and passion for capital markets, financial instruments, and quantitative investment strategies.
- Innovative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility in execution.
- Highly structured, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Intercultural competence and adaptability, thriving in a global work environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, MATLAB, and SQL.
