Senior Project Manager (f/m/div)

Take charge of the full project life-cycle, applying project management methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality results. Collaborate across teams, manage risks, and oversee performance, costs, and efficiency metrics. Drive clear communication, align stakeholders, and deliver impactful outcomes in this dynamic, technology-focused role.

Job description:

• Manage and control the entire project life-cycle for the respective technology platform.
• Apply project management methodology to coordinate planning, target setting, execution, and controlling of projects, while monitoring performance, quality, costs, and risks.
• Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies.
• Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to ensure proper, timely delivery and adequate functionality.
• Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement.
• Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting.

Your Profile:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject.
• At least 6 years of work experience in the semiconductor business, ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows, methodologies, or Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
• Very good experience in project management, e.g., leading medium-sized projects.
• A good sense for intercultural differences.
• Preferably a Project Management Certification like IPMA or PMP.
• Excellent English communication skills, with German being a plus.
