Job Summary

The primary goal of our Sales Organization is to grow PSA BDP by developing new business through tailored supply chain and logistics solutions. We seek an aggressive "hunter" sales professional responsible for consulting and selling international logistics solutions to meet sales targets and generate revenue within the territory. The Solution Sales Executive will prospect new clients, respond to business leads, and monitor customer activity to refine strategies.

Scope

You will be responsible for developing and securing revenue and market share from both existing and new customers, while enhancing business development processes for our services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including presentations and sales responses.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Prepare budgets and reports, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build strategic relationships with key contacts within client organizations to identify value creation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop creative solutions for customer needs.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to review performance and future plans.
  • Support marketing efforts and promote products and services internally.
  • Ensure timely collection and shipping actions to optimize cash flow.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably hold a BA/BS degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with documented achievements.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven academic and professional success, with awards or recognitions as applicable.
  • Experience in transportation, service solutions sales, or international sales is highly preferred.
