About our client

Our client is a fast-growing alliance of regionally strong companies in sustainable refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology. Backed by a leading PE investor, they are seeking an ESG Manager to develop and implement the firm's ESG strategy.

What the job involves

• Developing and implementing a group-wide ESG strategy with management support
• Establishing processes for sustainability metrics reporting and data analysis
• Preparing ESG reports focusing on CSRD and EU taxonomy, and communicating findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating with departments to integrate ESG measures into business processes
• Identifying and assessing financial risks and opportunities related to sustainability
• Supporting compliance with statutory and voluntary ESG standards in financial areas

Who we are looking for

• Relevant professional experience in sustainability consulting or similar fields
• Experience with reporting requirements, especially CSRD and EU taxonomy
• Strong affinity for data and experience with ESG data management systems
• Ability to understand complex issues and develop solution-oriented concepts independently
• High independence, goal orientation, and strong communication skills, especially with top management and stakeholders
