Your Role

  • You prepare and manage employment-related documents throughout the employee lifecycle – from hiring to offboarding.
  • You maintain employee master data with accuracy and proactively follow up on missing information to ensure complete and reliable records.
  • You take care of preparatory payroll tasks, ensuring a smooth and error-free payroll process in close collaboration with the external payroll advisor.
  • You support ongoing People Operations projects, especially in the areas of employee support, data quality, and compliance.
  • You serve as a first point of contact for employee queries and help resolve issues with support from your People Operations team.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Initial HR experience or completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Office Management, etc.).
  • A keen eye for detail, structured work habits, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in Spanish and very good written and spoken English, German is a plus.
  • Motivation to grow in an international HR setup and support HR processes for our international entities – especially Spain and Portugal.
