We’re looking for a German-speaking recruiter to help grow our diverse teams across Europe with meaningful green jobs. You’ll be part of our Talent Acquisition team – 7 fantastic recruiters hiring top talent in Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Denmark, and the UK. Fastned is growing fast, and hiring the right people is key to our mission: giving freedom to electric drivers everywhere. New to the world of EVs? No worries! Your onboarding includes a series of fun and insightful workshops to get you up to speed on all things electric mobility and fast-charging infrastructure. That’s what makes this role so exciting – you’ll get exposure to loads of different areas and learn something new every day. Within your first year, you’ll become a go-to recruiter for roles in real estate, architecture, construction, marketing, PR, creative, public affairs, retail, finance, and legal – all working together to drive the energy transition forward. You’ll be working on a colorful, ever-changing mix of roles across multiple countries.
Boredom? Not a chance! We’re a fast-moving scale-up in a young industry – so things don’t always come with a ready-made playbook. A lot happens on the fly, and that’s exactly where you come in. Our recruiters don’t just follow along – they help shape the way we do things. You’ll take real ownership: designing and steering processes, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and actively contributing at every step. This isn’t a top-down environment – we want you to be a true sparring partner from start to finish.
It can be fast-paced (and sometimes a little chaotic), but always interesting. You’ll sharpen your strategic and commercial thinking in an open, transparent environment where you’ll understand why we do what we do. You’ll get a peek behind the scenes and see what it takes to grow a future-forward company across different European markets – each with its own strategy and flavour. You’ll help us scale while keeping our open, friendly, and one-of-a-kind culture alive. You’ll also get to visit your teammates in other European offices – and of course, we want you to experience electric driving for yourself! You’ll have access to our pool of fully electric company cars, including for personal use – and yes, charging’s on us.
Who we’re looking for
You bring along experience in recruiting in-house (a must) - preferably in a fast-paced, international environment, while some previous agency work is always welcome. You’re commercially minded, a great communicator, and not afraid to dig into complex topics. You know how to connect with all kinds of people, from marketing leads to architects to the CEO. We’re not big on hierarchy, but we love diverse perspectives - and you know how to navigate them. You get people, you get processes, and you know how to bring both together smoothly.
Here’s what else you bring to the table:
3+ years of experience in recruitment.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
(Near-)native-level German and excellent English (our company language).
Experience with modern recruitment tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruitee, etc.).

The recruitment process consists of 3 stages:
A first video call to find out more about Fastned & our company culture;
Interview with two of our amazing Recruiters to learn everything about your future job content & the daily life of hiring at Fastned;
Short take-home assignment & following interview at the HQ with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Chris & one of our directors. You’ll get the chance to tour the office to catch the vibe & energy and chat with a bunch of future colleagues.
