Are you a recent graduate or about to graduate, seeking an entry into the IT sector? We are looking for a dedicated Junior IT-Consultant (m/w/d) to support the implementation and operation of ERP systems for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include conducting customer training, workshops, and supporting medium-sized service companies.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the implementation of tailored ERP solutions in service companies.
2. Conduct training sessions for users and administrators.
3. Gather customer requirements in workshops and plan implementation steps with colleagues and external contacts.
4. Participate in software testing and quality assurance to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Provide technical and content support to customers.

Qualifications

1. Completed studies in economics or engineering.
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
3. Curiosity, independence, and technical affinity.
4. Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills

1. Initial work experience through internships or student jobs.
2. Optional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Power BI, or Power Apps.
