Responsibilities:

• Prevent data loss and fraud
• Security operations management
• Cyber risk assessment and intelligence
• Design and maintain security architecture
• Identity and access management (IAM)
• Program management
• Incident troubleshooting and forensics
• Governance and compliance

Qualifications:

• Degree or comparable qualification
• Experience in information security and standards like ISO 27001, BSI 200-1/-2/-3, ISO 22701, BSI 100-4/200-4
• Knowledge of security requirements for medium-sized manufacturing companies
• Understanding of cybersecurity regulations and compliance
• Experience with industrial networks (IoT, IIoT)
• Over 10 years project management experience in IT/telecommunications
• Fluent in English
• Reliable, systematic, and responsible working style
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Confident presence and assertiveness
• IT knowledge: networking, firewalls, routers, Active Directory, cloud, SAP preferred

Desirable Certifications:

• Project management (IPMA, Prince2)
• CISSP, TISP, CISM, CISA, CEH
