Job Overview:
The Sr. Analyst, Data Infrastructure will be responsible for the Data Infrastructure of the Reporting, Analytics and Insights group within LPL's Customer Care organization. This role involves deploying internal ETLs and Data infrastructure, as well as defining requirements for enterprise data warehouse solutions focused on Customer Care.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data requirements and translate them into specifications for data warehouse solutions.
- Analyze technical system and business model designs to ensure they meet business needs.
- Research information sources for limitations in reliability or usability.
- Support data quality, integrity, and standardization initiatives.
- Participate in proof of concept activities by assembling large data sets and creating data pipelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and enhance ETL processes.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of dashboards and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT on Customer Care projects and monitor project deliverables.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Evaluate and influence ETL and database tool selection and deployment.

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with SQL, relational databases, and familiarity with various databases.
- 2+ years experience with ETL/Visualization tools such as Informatica, Alteryx, and Tableau.
- 2+ years experience with data warehouse architecture and design.
- Experience in root cause analysis on data and processes.
- Proven ability to manage data warehouse projects from start to finish.
- Excellent multitasking and task management skills.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Core Competencies:
- Extensive SQL experience.
- Data Warehouse Architecture and Design.
- Experience with ETL/Visualization tools: Informatica, Alteryx, Tableau.
Preferences:
- MS SQL Server experience.
- Snowflake experience.
- Additional experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Liquibase, Octopus Deploy.
Pay Range:
$83,400-$139,000/year. Actual salary depends on skills, experience, education, location, and internal factors. LPL offers a competitive total rewards package including 401K matching, health benefits, stock options, paid time off, and more. Discuss with your recruiter for details.
