Job Description:

As a Documentation Manager, you are an important part of our product management team and help create and standardize our customer and internal documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders from training management, engineering, marketing, and sales to create resources that guide users from beginner to power user. Your focus on customer needs will support Quantum Systems' mission to transform decision-making processes through aerial data intelligence.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with training managers, engineers, sales, and marketing teams to create and maintain high-quality training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and technical documentation.
2. Design and improve innovative training resources such as online videos, interactive demos, and modern learning tools.
3. Present and communicate training content clearly and engagingly for effective knowledge transfer.
4. Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the relevance and usability of training materials.
5. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of all documentation as an editorial lead.
6. Monitor usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and guide future training investments.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical writing, training, or facilitation, with the ability to create documentation for audiences with varying technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with markup languages.
• Experience in aerospace/UAV field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken, written, and presentation formats.
• Open, friendly, and competent attitude, considered as an internal expert.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.
