Position Overview: FlyPix AI, an innovative leader in Earth observation and AI-driven analytics, seeks a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our cutting-edge projects. You will be instrumental in driving project alignment, optimizing resource management, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI researchers, developers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure project milestones are met.
• Regularly track and report project performance, providing clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster continuous improvement by documenting learnings and refining project management processes.
• Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing technical projects, preferably in AI, geospatial analytics, or similar technology sectors.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building relationships and aligning diverse teams.
• A strong understanding of AI and geospatial data applications is advantageous.
