As a People & Culture Operations Specialist at SPARETECH, you will lay the foundation for an exceptional employee experience through seamless, meticulous, and people-centered HR processes. In close collaboration with the entire People & Culture team, you will create structures that allow our international team to collaborate effectively and grow both professionally and personally. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for people, and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will help shape SPARETECH into an inspiring and supportive workplace.

We offer you the opportunity to

  • Manage all HR operations tasks, including creating employment contracts, reference letters, and maintaining data in Personio.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll accounting and liaise with external payroll providers.
  • Act as the primary contact for tax advisors, regulatory authorities, and other external institutions.
  • Support during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee Freelancer Management and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Support our Talent Acquisition Manager in hiring additional team members.
  • Work on P&C projects to further develop a great place to work.
  • Utilize tools like Personio, Notion, and Slack for efficient and professional work.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English and German.
  • Have a strong willingness to learn, maintain a positive attitude, and seek continuous improvements in processes and tools.
  • Have at least two years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or related roles, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS company.
