As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the product positioning and messaging for our core SaaS platform and every new module—transforming insights from live sales calls into narratives that captivate economic buyers. You’ll architect scalable launch playbooks and sales-enablement assets while amplifying category awareness through sharp content, customer stories, and standout industry events.
As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.
What you will be building ️
Shape and own all external product messaging so every channel stays clear, consistent, and on-brand
Develop an ICP-focused messaging framework, test it with real buyers, and refine it often.
Drive each launch from checklist to go-live, coordinating product, sales, and marketing along the way
Equip the Sales team with battle-cards, demos, and other tools that raise win rates on qualified deals
Track competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to keep our positioning sharp and our roadmap relevant
Produce thought-leadership and demand-gen content-blog posts, case studies, webinars-that builds brand awareness and trust.
What You Need to Succeed
4–7 years of product-marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including ICP definition, positioning, messaging, and enterprise-level launches
Strong understanding of product positioning, market segmentation, and competitive analysis
Experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and campaigns
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive product messaging
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and customer success
Strong analytical mindset, with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance and market trends
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions
Passion for staying updated on industry trends and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Native-level German and professional proficiency in English.
