What The Position Offers You

Job scope/summary: To support our growth, we are looking for Solution Consultants who can bridge business requirements and technology implementations to deliver IT Service Management solutions across the DACH region. The Senior Solution Consultant is a core role in all our implementations, encompassing Business Subject Matter Expert and Solution Architect responsibilities.

Hiring location: Germany

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution implementation projects;
  • Own the technical and business design of end-to-end solutions during implementation;
  • Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance;
  • Manage communication with external client teams during sales and post-sales phases;
  • Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technical solution content;
  • Audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements.

What You Bring:

Educational and professional experience:

  • 5+ years in IT or Customer support organizations;
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow implementation;
  • Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web technologies;
  • 1+ years’ experience aligning business processes with ITIL best practices;
  • Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus;
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
