Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating service orders for commissioning, maintenance, or repair of cooling/heating systems at customer sites.
• Serving as the primary contact for customers, including scheduling technician visits.
• Managing order allocation, documentation, and processing via the CarrierEDV system.
• Coordinating service technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensuring efficient scheduling and routing.
• Supporting management in sales planning and target achievement.
• Acting as a point of contact for back-office queries and supporting internal workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
• High commitment, organizational skills, and resilience.
• Structured, independent, flexible, and solution-oriented working style.
• Completed commercial or technical training.
• Experience in service, logistics, or customer support, preferably in planning roles.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office is advantageous.
• English skills are a plus.
