FOR THIS ROLE, NATIVE GERMAN LANGUAGE IS REQUIRED

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Marketing Performance Manager to lead our Search Engine Advertising (SEA) strategy and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of our paid search campaigns across global markets. You will work closely with regional marketing teams to align local execution with global goals, ensure consistent performance, and uncover growth opportunities through deep performance analysis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize SEA campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business and demand generation goals.
  • Coordinate with regional marketers to support local campaign execution, align messaging, and ensure proper targeting.
  • Own budget planning and forecasting for SEA activities, ensuring efficient allocation and high ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and dashboards; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop A/B testing plans and drive continuous improvement of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Ensure campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution are implemented correctly in collaboration with analytics and martech teams.
  • Identify and evaluate new tools, trends, and platforms to keep SEA strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards for stakeholders at both global and regional levels.

Your Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on SEA / paid search.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale SEA campaigns across multiple regions or markets.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and regional marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • German native speaker, Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
