We’re looking for a German-speaking Quality Rating Analyst to help improve digital advertising quality. Based remotely in Germany, you’ll join a team of analysts, data scientists, and expert raters working on impactful projects for global tech giants.

We are especially interested in candidates seeking long-term, full-time opportunities, but skilled freelancers are also welcome!

What You’ll Do

• Analyze, review, and evaluate digital ads in German, understanding quality benchmarks.
• Set and maintain rating standards to support AI training.
• Handle complex, language-based tasks and provide guideline-aligned solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance user experiences.

Ideal Candidate

• Background or interest in AI training, translation, linguistics, or data analysis.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, clear communication.
• Interest in human interpretation, cultural nuances, and digital content trends.
• Attention to detail and passion for tech, language, and internet culture.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German (Germany) and excellent English skills.
• Residing in Germany.
• Strong computer skills and reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with online search tools and content platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to sign NDA and standard agreements.
