We are democratizing financial products and wealth structuring. Because financial independence should not be an exclusive privilege – it must be accessible to everyone. With innovative solutions, we create efficiency, transparency, and scalability – serving a wide range of clients, from traditional traders to multi-asset family offices.
With fresh momentum, a new strategic direction, and strong investors by our side, we are developing the next generation of wealth management products – a true revolution in personal finance.

Our team? Still small, but highly impactful. We are 12 passionate doers who don't shy away from challenges – on the contrary, they drive us forward. With courage, energy, and a spirit of innovation, we’re building modern financial solutions and a company culture where everyone can grow and realize their full potential.

At RIDE, passion meets purpose – and every contribution matters. Are you ready to help us reshape the future of finance? Now is the perfect time to become part of something new.RIDE isn’t just evolving – we’re starting fresh.
In the GTM Engineer role (all genders), you’ll team up with Marketing and Sales to build smart tools, smooth integrations, and automated workflows that actually move the needle. From launching new products to fine-tuning onboarding flows and tracking growth experiments—you’ll be hands-on all the way.

We ship fast, test often, and work with tools like Rails, React, Postgres, Redshift, and HubSpot. Expect lots of pairing, TDD, and the occasional AI boost. It’s a mix of product thinking, clean code, and real impact.
Will you be part of the journey?

Skillset, experiences and mindset we are looking for

  • Experience building tools, APIs, or automation for Marketing, Sales, or Growth teams.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and marketing automation workflows.
