- Own campaign lifecycle: setup, monitor, and optimize Meta / Google Ads with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
- Collaborate with designers to test creatives and landing pages, iterating based on data.
- Implement hypertargeted segmentation (e.g., by program, geography, or applicant stage).
- Student recruitment oversight
- Provide direction and oversight for student recruitment and admission efforts.
- Work alongside student recruitment professionals to shorten conversion cycles, improve follow-up systems, and hit enrollment targets.
- Monitor recruitment performance and analyze funnel metrics (e.g., application drop-off rates), removing bottlenecks and refining strategies to improve lead conversion.
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a candidate-centered experience and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize enrollment outcomes.
- Analytics and reporting
- Monitor and analyze marketing, recruitment, and admissions data to assess performance and identify trends.
- Provide regular reports to leadership and key stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, enhance recruitment strategies, and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations to refine outreach, admissions workflows, and budget allocation for maximum impact.
To be successful, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing (performance marketing, CRM, analytics).
- Experience in team leadership or eagerness to assume such a role.
- Proven experience managing Meta / Google Ads campaigns, creatives, and landing pages.

- The right to work and reside in Germany.
What you can expect:
- A permanent contract.
- Full-time position (40 hours/week).
