Product Owner (m/f/x)

THE ROLE

Product Owner (m/f/x) will join our team of digital advertising specialists and work in Berlin, closely with our development team, as well as international sales and account management teams across Europe. In particular, you will:

1. Collect customer and stakeholder requirements and compose them into work packages for the development team.
2. Drive your product roadmap and backlog based on a logical progression of delivery.
3. Use data to manage your project, handle changes in priorities and requirements, and approve deliveries.
4. Formulate hypotheses and validate them through A/B tests and experiments.
5. Collaborate closely with fellow product owners and managers to identify and analyze metrics to measure the value and success of our products.
6. Create documentation, implement and conduct training sessions, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

You have gained 2-3 years of work experience as a product owner or business analyst, ideally in a software development company with a B2B or B2C model. You enjoy solving technically challenging problems, feel comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills. You have practical knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. You are a strong communicator with a good command of English and are a reliable team player. Understanding fundamentals of UX design and key concepts of digital advertisement technologies in web and app environments are pluses.
