Senacor Technologies AG

Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Are you passionate about innovative technologies and modern software? As a Developer at Senacor, you don't just write code: you develop or integrate mission-critical enterprise applications, seek excellent solutions for technical challenges, and utilize a modern technology stack.

Our 4-3-1 principle was yesterday. Same as Up or Out. Individual coaching at eye level, flexible working hours, and team spirit are what we value.

We have offices in Berlin, Bonn, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Vienna, and Zurich. Due to our hybrid work models, you can also work from any other location within the DACH region.

As a Pega System Architect (m/f/d), you will play a key role in expanding our customer business in the Pega environment across industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Automotive.

  1. Design, develop, and implement tailored, innovative solutions and business processes for our clients using Pega technology.
  2. Gather customer requirements and implement them as Pega software functions following best practices.
  3. Create and develop new application platforms and integrate various systems.
  4. Optimize and refactor existing Pega applications for performance and maintainability.
  5. Bring several years of experience as a Pega System Architect, with experience in implementing Case Management, BPM, Customer Engagement, and/or Customer Decision Hub.
  6. Be familiar with integrating PEGA with third-party systems using PEGA integration wizards (e.g., REST, SOAP, SQL, JMS, HTTP).
  7. Ensure the quality and stability of Pega applications through unit testing, integration testing, and defect handling.
  8. Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  9. Demonstrate a structured working style, solution orientation, and excellent presentation skills.
  10. Take responsibility quickly, both in your own customer project and in our practice work.
  11. Enjoy individual coaching at eye level: We learn from and with each other, and we support your individual learning curve. Regular training and mentoring ensure you are well integrated into the project and can develop according to your wishes.
  12. Shape your work environment yourself: flexible working hours, sabbaticals, and home office – we offer complete flexibility.
  13. Meet your colleagues at weekly office breakfasts for casual exchanges outside your own project.
  14. Receive an attractive salary with additional optional benefits such as company car, JobRad, or subsidized company pension scheme.
