1. Lead and develop a team of Project Quality Engineers
2. Support customer projects and implement quality requirements
3. Conduct audits, process approvals, and sampling
4. Manage customer complaints and report quality metrics
5. Possess solid experience in project quality within the automotive sector
6. Have expert knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA standards
7. Be proficient in English, both spoken and written, with an analytical and goal-oriented work style
8. Have leadership experience and strong team skills
9. Excellent German and English language skills are required
